Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All order(s) are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one of them has available stock and is closest to your destination.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are shipped out directly from one of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will ensure you receive your order as fast as possible! Due to the high demand for our offers, please allow 4-9 days at max for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. In Other countries, it can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies depending on the product) due to international shipping and customs procedures.

What If I Want to Cancel My Order?

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, if an order has already been dispatched for shipping, we are unable to cancel it. Generally, this happens as quickly as 12-24 hours after the order has been placed. Once the order has been dispatched for shipping, you can contact us regarding a return and refund. Please see our returns policy for details.
